Ingredients for 1 dose (5g):

For optimum effectiveness, take 1 dose (5g) of powder per day mixed in a glass of water or fruit juice.
1 dose = 1 measuring spoon = 5g.
The measuring spoon is supplied with the jar. During transport, it may have mixed with the powder. Feel free to stir the product a little with a spoon to recover it.
NOTE: due to a temporary shortage of the usual containers, you may receive your L-Glutamine Complex in a larger jar than usual.

Après quelques jours, j’ai remarqué une nette amélioration de mon confort digestif. Moins de ballonnements et un transit plus régulier.
Je suis en cours de traitement, pas assez de recul pour le moment mais légère amélioration tout de même.
très bon produit
1 mois de traitement et une réelle amélioration de mon fonctionnement intestinal ! De plus étant très sportive un réel pouvoir sur la récupération musculaire. Produit vraiment efficace.
