M'apporte le taux de fer dont j'ai besoin
Véritable carence en fer, visible sur mes cheveux et ongles cassants. Cette cure m'a vraiment fait du bien.
Surtout du Fer bisglycinate car mieux absorbé, celui ci est très bien
